Conversations need to happen between coaches and players before anything.  Questions or concerns about playing time, where they play, or where they want to play need to come from the athlete.  This teaches the young ladies to advocate for themselves and initiate those difficult conversations when needed. The coaches are more than willing to have those conversations at the appropriate time with the athletes.  If there are still questions or concerns, after the conversations between the athlete and coaches, parents may then reach out to directors.   Reminder that all communication between athletes and adults must be two deep, meaning that two adults must be on all communication.  The preference would be that both coaches are on all communication, but at a minimum two adults need to be on any communication.
