Two pool games followed by single elimination.
There is a small room setup for batting practice into net (whiffle balls only). Pitchers/catchers can warm up behind the nets in the outfield.
Teams need to enter on the corners of the turf. The netting is zip tied and should not be lifted. It causes a lot of stress on the netting therefore rips.
This event is on a very tight schedule, be prepared to play as soon as soon as the previous game ends.

Team Bonding:
We will plan to have the athletes go together to Louisville Slugger followed by lunch as a group on Saturday during the day.
During this time we will arrange for a meeting spot for the parents to get together for lunch in the New Albany area.
Gate fees: $20 all game pass (individual games not available). Three coaches, players, and kids under 18 are free.
Tournament Information:
Two pool games followed by single elimination.
Pool play 60 minute drop dead finish the batter. Score will revert back to previous inning unless home team is batting and home team is winning. Score will stand as-is in this scenario.
Bracket play is 60 minutes finish the inning. No run cap per inning.
Mercy rule: 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
Full game is 6 innings.
There are bleachers for spectators, there is limited room for chairs.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Water bottles, prime, Gatorade, coffee is okay. Concession stand will be open 24/7, but overnight (10PM-7AM) will be made to order setup. Some items could take 5-10 minutes.
Updates on USSSA Website might be delayed. USSSA is performing maintenance on the website overnight this weekend. There may be periods where the site is down. It should be back up by morning. The score will be updated in the morning as soon as possible when the site is available.

Tournament shirts will be navy dri-fit and have team names on the back. Preorders are due by 11:00 AM Friday 1/23. They are $25 each.
