The Bombers Holiday Party 🎄is rapidly approaching.  Erin and Shay Barill have generously offered to host the party. The party will start at 4pm on 12/06/2025. 

We are going to be doing a chili cook-off this year with Coach Taylor and Coach Kaylee as the judges.  A signup genius has been put together so we can all bring chili, a desert, or toppings (linked below). 

We plan to eat at 4:00, then load the girls up and head to the Brownsburg Christmas Parade by 5:40.  Jeff an Kathy Porter have offered up their truck, so we will use that for the parade.  The parade will last about an hour.  Please have your athlete bring 1 bag of candy to throw out during the parade.  There will be more details to follow on decorating for the parade.  

After the parade, we will come back to the Barill’s and do gifts and dessert.  The athletes and coaches will have gifts and the adults will exchange white elephant gifts (think funny, don’t spend anything on them).  It should be a lot of fun!! 

The athlete's secret Santa gift will be exchanged at the Christmas party on 12/06 at Shay and Erin’s house.  Please try to keep spending around $25.

The Bombers Holiday Party is also the same night as the Brownsburg Christmas Parade.  For those of you who don’t know, it’s an annual parade under the lights with floats from different organizations and businesses that decorate their floats with lights and all things Christmas.  We plan to decorate a truck and trailer with Bombers and Christmas decorations and throw out candy. 

If you are interested in getting a sweatshirt for the parade the link is below.  These will ship directly to you.  Note that the athletes sweatshirts have been ordered and paid for, so PLEASE do not order them one.  Coaches, yours have also already been ordered as well.  This is only for anyone that is wanting a sweatshirt as a parent or family member.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Note that you need to order soon, as with shipping times, they will be arriving a couple days before the parade.
